2019... A "Year of Change"

As the year comes to a close, people tend to look back at what has worked and what hasn’t, and on how we’ve grown and changed over the past year.

We think about where we’ve been, where we’re going and who we want to be. Reflecting back as well as imagining the year ahead gives us a chance to find fresh perspective.

We want to encourage you to take some time to look forward and imagine what positive changes will look like for you in 2019. What are your dreams for the New Year? As you glimpse through the enclosed calendar, take a moment to ponder your own vision for positive changes and growth in 2019.

Take a moment to ask yourself questions like…

• Where do I want to be by Spring? (That’s soon!) By Summer?

• What is my vision for change?

• What would make this a successful year for me?

• What am I willing to fight for?

Goals are realistic; visions are limitless. Personal and professional growth has numerous positives but it also includes working through difficulties. Let your vision be a catalyst for growth driven by your strategic decisions and guided by purpose. Dreams set the vision, goals set the path, and objectives reach the goals.

Nancy recently met with a senior to discuss his Real Estate property. He is living alone in a very large home on a very large lot. They were discussing a “checklist” of items and she asked “What do you want most?” His answer was “To get out of here and into a smaller place to live out the rest of my days” She let him know that we can definitely make that goal happen and finalized the meeting by saying “I think 2019 will be a good year. A ‘Year of Change’.” That meeting sparked our theme for 2019, and the gentleman is already well on his way to his goal.

Our hope is that 2019 will be a year of positive change for you too. So start brainstorming! How will 2019 be your “Year of Change”?
